Cloud & infrastructure

Infrastructure that deploys the same way every time.

We design cloud environments as code, wire them into automated pipelines and lock them down with secure defaults, so deployments are routine, auditable and cost-aware.

Sound familiar?

Infrastructure problems tend to stay invisible until the day they cause an outage or a bill.

  • Deploys are manual and nerve-rackingReleases depend on one person running steps from memory, and nobody wants to deploy on a Friday.
  • Nobody knows what's runningResources were clicked together in a console over the years, and no one can say what is safe to change or delete.
  • Surprise cloud billsCosts creep up with no budgets, alerts or clear picture of what is driving them.
  • Security is an afterthoughtLong-lived keys, broad permissions and missing encryption that would not survive an audit.

What we build

Cloud foundations that are documented, repeatable and secure from the start.

01

Cloud architecture & migration

Right-sized architectures for new workloads, and planned moves from servers or other hosting into the cloud.

02

Infrastructure as code

Your environment defined in Terraform, reviewed like application code and rebuildable on demand.

03

CI/CD pipelines

Automated build, test, plan and deploy pipelines with approval gates where a human should sign off.

04

Security baselines

Least-privilege access, encryption, security headers and short-lived credentials instead of stored keys.

05

Monitoring, alerts & budgets

Health checks, alarms and cost budgets, so problems and spending surprises reach you before your customers do.

06

Not sure yet?

Tell us what you're running and what worries you. We'll give you a plain-language assessment and a short list of what to fix first.

How we build it

Every change to your infrastructure goes through the same reviewed, tested path as application code.

  • AWS
  • Terraform
  • GitLab CI
  • GitHub Actions
  • Docker
  • Ansible
  • Everything defined in code and reviewed before it changes
  • A plan you can read before any change is applied, with a manual approval gate for production
  • Short-lived credentials through OIDC, not long-lived access keys
  • Security and configuration scanning built into the pipeline
  • Budgets, cost alerts and tagging set up from day one
  • Separate environments that match, so what works in testing works in production

How an engagement works

Start with an assessment, fix what matters most, then automate the rest.

Step 1

Assessment

A review of your current setup, costs and risks, with a prioritized list of recommendations and a fixed quote.

Step 2

Build or migrate

Infrastructure as code, pipelines and security baselines, rolled out in stages to avoid disruption.

Step 3

Handoff & support

Documentation, a runbook and training for your team, with optional ongoing monitoring and updates.

What you receive

Your infrastructure lives in your accounts and your repository, fully documented.

  • Terraform code in your repository
  • CI/CD pipeline configuration
  • Architecture diagram and documentation
  • Runbook for deployments and incidents
  • Cost estimate and budget alerts

Questions

Which cloud providers do you work with?

Most of our infrastructure work is on AWS. If you're on another provider, tell us what you have and we'll say honestly whether we're the right fit.

Can you bring our existing setup under code?

Yes. Existing resources can usually be imported into Terraform without rebuilding them, so you get the benefits of code without downtime.

Will this make our cloud bill go up?

Usually the opposite. Right-sizing, budgets and removing forgotten resources often lower costs, and every recommendation comes with a cost estimate.

Will a migration cause downtime?

We plan migrations to avoid it, using staged cutovers, short DNS lifetimes and a tested rollback path.

What's running your business today?

Tell me about your current setup and what keeps you up at night. I'll reply within one to two business days with next steps.
