To keep the monthly price flat, larger work is scoped and quoted on its own: changes that take more than an hour, new pages or features, redesigns and new integrations. You always see the price before any work starts.
Questions
What counts as a small change?
Anything that takes under an hour, such as updating text or prices, swapping images, adding a team member or a new testimonial, or fixing a broken link or form.
What if a change takes longer than an hour?
We tell you before starting and give you a quote for it. Nothing outside the plan is done or billed without your approval.
What's in the monthly analytics review?
How many people visited, where they came from, which pages they used, how you're showing up in search and how many inquiries came in, plus plain-language recommendations for what to improve.
Can the plan cover a website or web app you didn't build?
Yes, after a short onboarding review so we understand how it's built and can flag any risks before taking it on.
